On the morning of 25th of January, Merton Council published a Newsletter, Diagram and started a consultation on the Raynes Park area LTN.

In the afternoon of the same day the Newsletter and Diagram were removed, and the consultation stopped, due to “further clarification required and errors in the initial newsletter and plan, the Raynes Park consultation will be paused until residents receive a revised copy. The consultation deadline will be extended.”
On the evening of the 27th of January, Merton Council attempted a second go publishing a NEW Newsletter, Diagram and starting a new consultation.

During the morning of the 28th of January, Merton Council pulled the consultation but kept the revised Newsletter / Diagram document.
In the afternoon they added to the Council’s Low Traffic Neighbourhood page a statement “The online questionnaire [Consultation] is currently unavailable. Please check back later today. we [sic] apologise for the inconvenience.”
After lunch, Merton Council returned the ability to complete the consultation for the Raynes Park area LTN and published yet another revision to the Newsletter in one location keeping the Ver 2. in the other.
