Item 5. Land at 1A Kenley Road, Merton Park, SW19 – 18/P1356 – Merton Park Ward

Consultations (page 11).

A late objection was received 16/07/18 raising concerns of precedent, change in the nature of the area and that the applicant may disregard conditions in the future.

Item 6. Flat 1, 237 Kingston Road, Wimbledon SW19 – 18/P2076 – Merton Park Ward

Consultation (page 25).

1 further objection received raising concerns over the amended plans submitted on the 11th July.

Officer response:

The amended plans reduced the height of the extension to help reduce the impact on the neighbouring property above. As it was a reduction in height, it was not necessary to re-consult neighbouring occupiers of this amendment.

Item 7. Lee House, 2 Lancaster Avenue, Wimbledon SW19 – 17/P1602 – Village Ward.

WITHDRAWN FROM AGENDA

Officers note that the applicants parking survey and transport note has not been uploaded onto the Council’s website and has not therefore been in the public domain for comment.

Officers therefore recommend that the application be Withdrawn from the agenda to enable a further consultation to be undertaken with third parties.

About Mark Gale

A Ravensbury resident fed up with mistakes being made at council meetings, my local Councillor preferring to complete a Sudoku Puzzle rather than listen to comments made at a scrutiny meeting, not having an accurate record of council meetings. Merton Council needs transparency to expose the childish behaviour, and blind party loyalty from our elected members. I have setup this website and will do my best to make as many council meetings accessible for ALL. With the help from other committed residents of our borough, we can keep a close eye on Merton.
