Disabled Changing Places Room U-Turn Questions At Scrutiny Panel

A fortnight after Cabinet Member Nick Draper told residents that Disabled People Do Not Use Normal Pools, he answers questions why the original #ChaningPlaces room was removed after gaining planning permission, and why the cabinet did a U-Turn after public outrage and press interest.
